Convenient but cramped station, odd place to site the air compressor as people seem to use, or it doubles as, a parking bay. In my experience, the air compressor machine is rarely available when you need it and awkward/impossible to wait for (you block a pump or are 'in the way'). Harlow Sainsbury's petrol station sites the air compressor much more conveniently (I appreciate it's a bigger station).

This sainsnsburys garage is ridiculous 1stly at the counter they still live in the past and have these 2 big Perspex on counter as if we are still in pandemic yet goto Sainsbury?s stores it?s all been removed. Also after talking to the cashier, they just explained they are fitting bigger ones.Also when you purchase items due to Perspex being fitted over counter you have to try to hold your items whilst reaching around the Perspex barrier thats huge to try to scan your items.Then we have the staff member their lying why they never have any sandwiches which is apparently due to fridge broken when it clearly isn?t as they have other items in same fridge that are well refrigerated. Shame as I refuse now to use Sainsbury?s. I put this dwn too poor management simple.

Be careful if you need petrol after 9pm. I pulled up at 9.40pm on Friday 30th Dec after a long journey and they were closed (supposed to close at 10pm). Lucky enough a petrol station nearby was open

Prices are always keen. Usually swift to fuel up & pay.Can pick up a few basic foodstuff items at same time.

Fuel but not selling apparently. Sunday morning 26th. Dozens queued for over an hour with no communication from staff to queuing cars and nothing on website. Utter shameful and bad customer service.

Poor customer service. Tried to get costa coffee , the machine needed milk or coffee top up yet 3 of them was behind of till doing nothing and none of them wanted to help. Unacceptable

Never enough checkouts open & have to go to Tesco for better veg as Sainsbury's do not have disposable bags for vegetables.
