This place is a joke! To say they took 3 hours to take 19 pallets off and check them is shocking. And surprise surprise he finished just when he finished his shift ? made to sit in a tiny drivers room treated like dogs !!!

Very slowly at this Sainsbury's ? long waiting times for unloading, waiting at the goods in office where they don't really have sandwich machines, etc..A place where professionalism is at a low level, this is clearly due to those in management..many think they come to work to walk around without doing anything actual, just to pass the time and take the money ?

Not good experience here to get unloaded.. Last time I wait 4 hours to get unloaded and I was closer to do infrigement straight in the bay..

To me, this is a horrible place. They are slow and strict. Drivers are made to sit for ages on hard seats in a dmall room with no phone signal.

Can?t believe there is so many bad bad bad reviews and no one at sainburys has checked it out an thought we should change this! Most HGV driver fear delivering here as you wait hours upon hours for bad toilets bad waiting room terrible vending machines an drivers can?t wait in there cabs! This place need a serious refurb or shutdown! How can there be bad reviews for the last 3 years an nothing change at all

Dont waste the time and effort at this place it?s a place were they get rid of good people and good workers that do the job correctly and replace with people that work a month and leave.5 years working and the last year got the sack for goin sick when they put a manager in office with the flu got called in to office and got passed it.Never went sick when i wasnt sick. Weres the respect and treating people correctly take note Mr D Lock the path you choose from day to day best not cross mine?.. Respect to the good people locked in that place get out while you can mon-Friday enjoy life ?

Absolute joke of a place, stick drivers in a crappy waiting room for hours keep getting told they won't be much longer while you sit on crappy solid wood chairs and the only food or drink is from vending machines which all has to be paid for.
Drivers should be aloud to sit in their vehicle where it's comfy, warm and they have their own food & drinks available to them and can get proper rest instead of stuck in a cramped up uncomfortable room.

WORST SITE EVER!!!! Took 5 hours to complete unloading. I would recommend to avoid this site as much as possible.
Gives you lame excuses (we?re extremely busy).
