Never any staff on the checkouts. Long queues. Minimal staff on self checkout so it takes forever. Also free car parking is now only 2 hours not 3. This does not encourage people to visit Hoddesdon to shop and socialise. Another nail in the coffin for the town.

Usual good shopping and quality products. Sadly very long queues at check out. Only 2 isles in operation feel sorry for the staff. Customers get very fed up with the waiting this is the reason customers like myself use Aldi although we miss out on our Nectar card points.
