Choose what services they offer, Wanted First Class Delivery Recorded but instead she would only offer Special Delivery or Signed for. Then blamed me for apparently not listening yet i never heard a thing from her. Totally unprofessional and will be reporting to Royal Mail. Would of been easier to just use Royal Mails own website next time.

Never open on time at 9am. Had to wait until 9:07 before they arrived. Usually a long queue first thing. Avoid at opening times.

service could be better. Asked twice for proof of postage and didn't get one. It was too late to get one when I realised at home what had happened. They don't sell anything other than first or second class stamps. Shop can be closed without any warning making wasted journeys.

I love this little post office.Owner is fast, efficient and knows what he is doing.Only problem is the one counter. Its a shame really as you should be running a much bigger place
