We wanted to add my name to our joint account. After checking on the website, it says we can do that at this branch. Upon arrival, we were told that it couldn't be done here and the only branch allowed to do that is in Harlow and that there were no appointments available this week. Absolute waste of time. The person that welcome us was nice and professional though

My friend was in an emergency situation. Very bad. Needed access to cash ASAP. We dealt with a few people in the branch but mostly Katherine. She was extremely sympathetic and so very helpful. We had a private room to sort out our problem and Katherine was just lovely. Very highly recommended!

I am incredibly disappointment in Lloyds Bank and their treatment of elderly people. I have been locked out of my bank account for over 6 weeks. I am disabled and housebound and cannot get to the branch. But I have been repeatedly told that I must physically go into the branch in order to regain access to my money. I have explained that I cannot do this! I have tried repeatedly to resolve the problem over the phone, as have my daughters, but the Lloyds representatives have just said they cannot help. I have not been able to pay for anything, including my utilities or food shopping, for over a month! I am astounded that Lloyds has no policy for helping its disabled and elderly customers.

friendly staff sadly only open 11? until 2? counters & then only 1 counter open. Then only to be told I cannot pay money in for another person. Would have to put money ? in my own account & then pay them. Seriously
