Customer service 0.Most disgusting treatment I?ve ever received.Never have I been treated like this, considering I came in enquiring over high ticket items, I have brought many items over years, and have always spoken highly of them.But, I?m sorry. Today, I left in tears.For the awful lady, who came out of no where and started talking horribly, not listening to me, trying to reason with me, and just being down right disrespectful to a customer. I hope you are proud, of your display and handling.For the older man, who came out and referred to me as ?she? to my face, and I quote; ?she must have got it wrong in her head? to my face. I am a customer, I deserve respect and I am aloud to question prices and the work done on a family heirloom.If you don?t like customers who question items, I suggest you employee people who have customer service experience and can be polite and well mannered. Unlike the pair of you, who we?re disrespectful, rude, and should be a ashamed.You have lost a family worth of clients, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Unless they want to walk out in tears, be referred to as ?she? and bespoken to like dirt.

Great shop with lots of very nice items used this shop for many years and always got a good deal on old gold watches and rings always very willing to help old style service where the customer comes first you would not go wrong with this jeweller has time to talk and treat you how you would expect too be served in all a 10 out of 10 for me try it yourself and see the personal service you get.

Fantastic jewellers and Charles and his team have been very helpful to me over the years. His work is excellent and has helped me with a wedding ring enlargement and more recently and bell and Ross watch strap. Really reasonably priced and highly recommended.

Created a custom skull ring for myself, were professional the whole way through, welcoming considering I am heavily tattooed, they made me feel very welcome, the ring looks amazing much better than I imagined, would recommend to anyone, very professional and very tailored to each person, to say amazing is an understatement, they focus on you and what you are after, will be back in the near future. Highly recommend.
