They are scam artists trying keep people private and confidencial parcels if it comes without a tracking no. Always act rude to customers. I also dont think this shop is a costcutter. It doesnt have name on it but they call themself a costcutter

Doesn't take amazon returns. Extremely rude staff. And the shop itself should be closed down as its disgustingly dirty.
