All the parcel are messed up in the shop. Dont want to find parcels for customers

They are scam artists trying keep people private and confidencial parcels if it comes without a tracking no. Always act rude to customers. I also dont think this shop is a costcutter. It doesnt have name on it but they call themself a costcutter

Worst shop in Hoddesdon. Doesnt want to check my parcel from their list. People are very rude trying to fight with me over parcel
