I made an online order this morning It was never delivered and the person who spoke with me told me since there is just 1 item you need talk to the delivery people or else you are getting one thing She said they are not responsible but my order was from costa coffee its a shame how people get to be treated
There was someone who said is on day off his name is Jack He said to me I will push you out You are not getting your food just wasting our time In front of the manager and no action was taken
I spend my day with such terrible words from the manager and stuff my money was gone to them not given back l would have gone somewhere to buy food and not spend the day hungry I was working in Hoddesdon and that was my spending money i had to wait and drive back home on an empty stomach after 5:20pm
I wish the stuff and manager at hoddesdon high street costa coffee well with handling customers like myself you made me starve what a good day I paid the money and didn?t get my food Bless you the manager who chased me like a dog they wanted me to behave like an animal to get my food or refund but i behaved myself as a human being and spent my day hungry

Clean and cosy with choice of sun swept seating or shaded. Excellent service with perfectly made custom Mocha. Some options from the costa vegan cake roster.Parking: Short walk from supermarket parking just off main high street

I walked into Costa a bit down but Maisie and Kat were both able to lighten up the mood with their brilliant service. Hence, I will not hesitate to pay a visit to this Hoddesdon Costa next to Morrison whenever I?m in the area!

It's a Costa coffee. You get what you would expect of the chain in terms of product. The service is efficient and friendly.

Good coffee, average food, lots of precooked stuff, they have an outside seating area, but not somewhere you can really relax, shame they don't allow pets inside like many of the other coffee shops in town.
