The carwash did an awful job on my car. Liquid was left on the paintwork and the glass was still dirty.

Very disappointing experience. I waited in line and asked for the key to use the car wash. After waiting for quite a while, I was finally told after all that time that the car wash was close at 20:00. No sign, no notice, and no communication !!!! when I spoke to the manger he was so rude !!!!!!!!Poor customer service.

I really like the layout of this BP station ? it?s well organized with Market Coffee, a car wash, and an EV charging station, which makes it very convenient. However, I?d like to highlight a couple of issues with the EV charging area.
First, the charging bays are located too far from the charge points, and the cables are too short to comfortably reach most car charging ports. This makes using the chargers awkward and sometimes impossible without maneuvering the car multiple times.
Second, non-EV vehicles are frequently parked in the designated EV charging bays. When approached, drivers often say they were ?only there for a minute,? but even a short delay can be significant for EV owners. Charging an electric car is not as quick as filling a tank ? it takes time and planning. These bays should be respected and used only for their intended purpose.
We?re all trying to do our part to help the planet, and having reliable, accessible EV infrastructure is a big part of that. I hope BP considers improving the charger layout and signage enforcement to ensure a better experience for EV drivers.

small but useful, in my opinion there is everything a babysitting station should have, tire pump, broom for cleaning, car perfume, glass cleaning water and also automatic car exterior washing service. also ultimate diesel is not available in every bp but it is here. also there are electric car charging stations. the market is also big and the product range is quite sufficient..

Came across Female manager of this BP. Short haired woman, who was rude to staff and customers. Speeded pass the pumps and nearly hitting my car. Not coming back

I popped in this morning for some milk and a meal deal and was met with a team of happy staff, who were friendly and welcoming in particular Lady Blonde (I have forgotten her name). If you need a pick me up first thing in the day, then this shift is the one you definitely want to be served by. Until next time..

Currently offering "buy 3 car washes, get 4th one free" Not easy to obtain as car wash out of service for past 2 Months. Engineer spent 2 whole days servicing car wash, only for it to get jammed next day.

Its supposed to be 24 hour petrol station but the last 2 Saturdays its been closed...So they are unreliable...This Saturday was shut in the morning at 5-30am im disappointed with BP HODDESDON if there was somewhere else open i would go there...how hard is it to get staff to open up....BP YOUR DEFINITELY UNRELIABLE
