The care I received by the staff of Boots in Hoddesdon was exceptional! I went in as I felt I was about to collapse, the lady at the desk asked if I would like my blood pressure taken, and I waited literally seconds to be seen by the friendliest pharmacist I have encountered. She tried to take my bloody pressure but it wouldn't work, a reading they managed to take was very high so she called my doctors and booked an appointment that afternoon for me to be seen. Honestly excellent and caring customer service!

Staff are nice enough, but the store never opens on time as the pharmacist is ALWAYS late. They won?t open the store at all without the pharmacist which is super frustrating if you don?t need the pharmacy. There must be a way around this surely the pharmacy could be locked or something to allow other shoppers in?

This is a big store at Brookfield centre. In here you can find a lot of high end products and make up as well as special offers all year round

Generally very good for stocking certain products that you won't necessarily find at other pharmacies. Members of staff have been pleasant to me on every visit.Edit: Rating changed from 5 to 4 stars, as the relatively early closing time can be somewhat of an inconvenience.

This store doesn?t pick up calls!I came in today and so many price tags were incorrect. No ?three for two? or any other promotional offers were displayed. I had to keep asking for them to scan the items to see if it was on offer as it seemed to be online and at other boots.I?m the end I got annoyed and left. How can you display wrong prices!?!

WORST PHARMACY EVER! Blonde women was so rude. Messed up numerous amounts of orders. Including my daughters milk and then blamed drs. Never answer the phone. When I said it was the WORST pharmacy the blonde lady confronted me in an angry manor. Given me wrong prescription for someone else. Absolute shambles of a place. Yet again my daughter won?t have what she needs. And not a phone call to advise !!! I will be escalating a complaint further
