I have not or never been to this asda but the parking authority that works for asda . Will charge you a parking fine, for a car you do not own , you challenge the fine , waite three month before getting back , and say thatbyou still owe for a car thatyou do not own . will not except further proof that you do not own the vehicle not the owner . The parking company is popla if you go to this Asda, £100 for not even going to the property. Asda has these crooks parking firm , working for them tells me alot about asda as a company and will be tell every one not only about the Asad in Hoddesdon but all of Asda branches . Do not use Asda in Hoddesdon and another branch .

Horrible Experience.
Meal deals were at the back of the shop instead of right at the front where you want it.
Self Check out gates don't open.
Alarms beeping despite having paid.
Must be ran by an ex prison guard.

I was there to complete a Risk Assessment on behalf of one of Asda's Suppliers and was met with friendly and helpful staff. Especially the store Manager Adele who was patient and had plenty of time to help with my enquiries.Very good customer service more Managers like her needed.

Shocking place.. ordered an online shop- had a delivery slot of between 8-10pm. Had a text message to say driver is on the way and would be with us at 8:39. Very precise hey? Well at 10:30pm I phoned Asda customer service because tracking said the order had been delivered but we waited in and nobody turned up. Customer services (in India) answered the phone and hung up on first attempt. Second attempt I spoke to a lovely guy who said the driver couldn?t find my address so could deliver it tomorrow (maybe the satnav will work tomorrow) or just process a refund.. refund takes 3-5 working days and meanwhile we have no dinner and off to bed as it?s getting late.. we had this happen twice before but the delivery turned up extremely late- never had it not turn up at all!! Will certainly not be ordering from here ever again

Just been served by the most miserable rude lady on parcel cigarette counter. Donna. Her and lady with pink hair were moaning about another member of staff and not one hello please or thank you. Very miserable staff
