Bought a portable fan still in a box that hadn?t been opened, when getting home and charging it, the light came on and wouldn?t work - I brought it back to show them the problem, as the lady was refunding me, she told the volunteer to put it out on the shelf, I asked if she was going to sell a broken product, she said that?s the problem of the next person that buys it, that if they cared they?d have to return it too!
I expressed this is really bad behaviour, not fair at all for the customers buying in good will, having to deal with the hassle because they sold it knowing it was defective, she stated again that it?s the problem of the next client - the lady behind me in the cue proceeded to state that the same thing happened to her as they sold her a defective clock still in the box.

The volunteer wasn?t helpful and very rude x The shop Is cluttered x The sorting room filled to the ceiling x
Wires hoovers and toys overflow the back of the shop x Nothing to wrap the glass object I was buying nearly didn?t buy it I had to buy carrier bags x

Nice place i got this gorgeous statue for 6.99 but some thimgs were overpriced like diary of a wimpy kid no brainer was 12 quid i ethier didnt see well or that was the price but overall nice play 4.5 stars (sadley i cant do a 4.5 on google reviews)
