Whilst I did not buy a property through them I was very impressed by Connie and Keaton in the branch, they have a fantastic attitude, are friendly and approachable and will do whatever they can to help you sell your property or find the correct one. I would have much preferred to have dealt with agents like Connie and Keaton for my purchase as opposed to who I had to unfortunately. Keaton was always proactive in phoning me or emailing me new properties which other agents wouldn?t and Connie has excellent telephone manner and is quick to reply and look to come up with solutions if a problem may arise. I?m sure they both have very successful careers in estate agency ahead of them.

We?ve been with Your Move for two years and have had an excellent experience throughout. The whole team has been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Our estate agent, Connie, has been absolutely amazing ? always lovely to speak with, quick to respond, and willing to help with anything we needed. Communication was always easy, and Connie would happily take our calls at any time, making the whole process stress-free. We?ve never had a single problem during our time with Your Move, and I can?t recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Connie, for everything!

Spot on from start to finish. We dealt mainly with Connie who is on the ball with everything, I also spoke to a couple other people who helped us just as much. The letting team gave us great confidence in picking a property listed by them!! Thanks for everything guys.

Had an amazing showing at a property, Scott showed us around honestly he made us want the house more, due to how welcoming, kind and very funny. Probably the best showing at a property I?ve ever experienced. We also had Brendan (letting manager) handle our case after and honestly gave us a smooth transition, great communication and both always there to answer any question we had. Thank you once again amazing team.

Having just exchanged on our sale after many long and frustrating months, we cannot thank Andy Winter enough for his support throughout the process. He is responsive, proactive, and would always follow up with us as soon as possible. I never had difficulty getting hold of him, he chased information for us promptly. We felt fully informed and this helped provide reassurance through a turbulent time. Thanks again for all the support, we are looking forward to moving to our new home!

If I could give negative stars I would.
1) initially said I couldn?t get a 12 month flat contract with my 12th month contract, tried to get me to get my boss to extend by a month. I had to explain multiple times that the pay check comes at the end of the month and the rent is due after that so I would have exactly the right amount of paychecks for the exact amount of rent payments. In the end I think I got moved to a different colleague and I had to turn up to the office to get confirmation it had gone through, no communication otherwise.
2) contract did not have landlords details in.
3) they had clearly not read the contract when we wanted to move out at the end of our tenancy. I had to quote parts of the contract to them and ask them to provide evidence for the way they wanted us to do things (which included paying them more money). When they couldn?t produce this information in the contract they just said ?that?s how it?s usually done?. Luckily my friend is a lawyer?.
4) texted me calling me the wrong name twice even after correcting them and I had to remind them legally they are meant to give us 48 hours notice to do viewings of the flat.
5) did not know a single thing about the flat when doing viewings. Didn?t know if there were shops nearby, if there was a parking space, if the flat came furnished etc
6) our key handover day was on a Sunday so we had to post the keys through the letter box and followed up with an email with all the official bits. Did not get a response only found out they had our keys because we bumped into someone opening the office.
Unfortunately because people are so desperate for housing they can get away with being poor at their jobs.

Cannot thank the team at Your Move Hitchin enough, in particular Connie, a star of an agent, who through her fantastic organisation got me and my partner into our flat (which we love) within the very limited time span we had to move.

Lost the keys, lost the contract. Months of ignoring communication from me the landlord. Withholding funds after ending the contract. Criminal. Avoid.
