Although shopping in wh smith should be a rewarding experience as so much useful stuff, am now finding it depressing ...this store always seems empty, desolate even...like no one wants to come here. Also expensive. But my main issue is the unfriendly, rude almost male member of staff. Why work in a customer orientated business if you really don't like people?

I decided to pay a visit to this Smith's as there were some relatives birthdays on the horizon and I had a discount coupon for greetings cards. The range of greetings cards is to be commended, the branch carrys an assortment of designs to suit the multitude of tastes.I have to say once I chose my card and took it to the self service machine to make payment. It was not until I got to the payment method screen that I was notified by a member of store staff that coupons have to be scanned as part of the transaction and not scanned when the screen prompt pops up to advise payment, please. *****Be warned*****

Very unpolite personel. Close the door in front without even asking 2 minutes before the opening hours even without apologize. Probably is the company why that doesn?t like business last minute from customer. Bed experience

Staff always helpful. Use it mainly for western union because the snobs at TUI are too lazy to do it for you. As a point always ensure we buy stuff from the kids while we're there.
