Been with Vision express for nearly 30 years now. Always the best advice and products. We used to live in Cockfosters and always used Vision Express in Enfield. When we heard that the lovely Hari we dealt with there had moved to Hitchin we were thrilled. Hari treats me and my family SO well. But vision express always have the latest in eye care and testing. Always have amazing deals. I thoroughly recommend Vision Express.

Having used Vision Express for many many years I was particularly disappointed with the end of my visit today. The first part where I had a contact lens check and eye test went fine but then after having agreed to pay the extra for an advanced eye test I was left with the test being conducted by the receptionist rather than the optician. In the past the optician has done this part of the test and discussed the pictures of the eye with me but the receptionist freely admitted that she wasn?t qualified to do this. So what was the point of paying extra? Does anyone look at the pictures in case there are issues? The receptionist knew I wasn?t happy but I didn?t want to embarrass her so decided to leave it. But not happy!

Excellent. Manager rushed order for replacement frames after I snapped the arm. Needed before Monday as flying out of UK for week.
