It is either my 4th or 5th appointment with Steve, and on each occasion he has NEVER disappointed me with the cut. Many hairdressers that I have experienced get sloppy with their work if they are having a bad day by over cutting, one side longer than the other or totally hack my hair by not understanding what it does. Steve isn?t any of that, he listens, looks how your falls, whether it?s curly which mine is, and whether what you want will suit you face or hair. So, for me Steve is 10/10, 100% professional, gives a lot of thought about his creativity in working with his clients to achieve the best look for their hair! Booked an appointment with Steve. This was a first time appointment. Atmosphere vibrant and the clientele were all different ages. Steve was friendly and easy to chat with. Gave great age appropriate advice for hairstyle to consider. Will be booking again.

My hair are curly, therefore I need an expert to cut them. I mentioned this when I booked the appointment in Hitchin, and they assured me that the person was an expert in cutting curly hair.I ended up spending £70 for a hair cut and blow dry and have my hair worst than before. The lady cut them in a way that are now slightly wavy but not curly anymore. I am extremely disappointed, and I feel my hair are damaged now.I do not recommend this hairdresser if you have curly hairServices: Blowouts

Popped in by chance and managed to get an appointment, with Steve. I haven?t been to this salon before & was a little nervous as my last experience elsewhere was shocking. Steve look at my hair & was able to say what was wrong with it but also stated what he was going to do to make it look better, he was confident how he came across but also demonstrated that he knew what he was talking about, and the end result was excellent, and my hair looks fabulous, Steve can walk the talk, thank you?!Service: Hairstyling
