Also this store Is always clean, tidy & well presented.

i went in to quickly grab a few items and the cashier serving me was absolutely lovely i think her name was michelle as that?s what it said on the receipt, she was incredibly polite and helpful really good employee ?

Cashier was unbelievably rude. Talking to her colleague via the headset. Ignored questions, Didn't ask for my beautycard, didn't ask if I wanted a receipt.
When I spoke to her colleague about it, she shrugged, you can tell the manager, then turned her back and continued talking to the cashier.

Fantastic service from Rosie and Jodie at Superdrug Hitchin. My girls went to get their ears pierced and Rosie did a great job and made them feel really at ease. Jodie was so friendly, chatting to the girls while they waited. Amazing staff.

Great store. The guy welcoming shoppers always greets with a smile and has a great sense of humour. It is one of the reasons I go in more often and end up with one of the specials. The cashiers are friendly and very helpful.
