Myself and my friend had a very bad experience from the staff today. 21/01/2025. Time: 8.30am.. When we asked for breakfast she was very rude to us that forced us to cancel the order.

We have ordered online from this subway and we ordered one footlong and one 6inch veggie delight. But when received order from delivery partner deliveru then there was no footlong veggie delight we just got 2, 6 inch veggie delight. And when we raised this concern then they refused to give any refund.

The staff routinely forget items and then claim they can't do anything to get them to you, even though you have PAID for them.They will direct you to Just Eat, but Just Eat is just as useless as they have no online/phone help. Avoid at all costs.

I cannot sing the staff?s praises enough in the Hitchin branch especially Bhargavi (who not only recognises me each time I attend but knows my exact order), Moyo and Majid. The staff are pleasant and despite our interactions being short, we establish a rapport on each occasion. I am vegetarian and quite fussy, but they go above and beyond to accommodate me.

Very late services, staff are okay But, looks like they got short staff, had wait 20 minutes to get my order.Can't be visiting again with such a delay.

Very slow service , stuff not fast as usual ..for delivery driver not good at all .. taking 50mns when they have local customer.. they don?t care about delivery driver .. no parking there .. huge terrible experience

RUBBISH!!!! Tried to ask a simple question to both the man an female about ?Philly steak? but for 1, the man could NOT understand a single word I was saying, asked to be passed to somebody else whilst he sat silently on the phone an I had to ask a good few times to give the phone to somebody else?. 2, the female was absolutely NO BETTER!!!! Was out right RUDE!! Just wanted to know if it was the same as steak they had before??Anyways useless. Get somebody who understands everybody and their requests on the phone.. definitely won?t be attempting an order there again.
