Drinks good and staff are very friendly, nice set up also. However I go in often at 5pm, and they begin to start closing an hour early? Many times I have gone in at 5pm and there is barely anywhere to sit as the chairs are all packed away onto tables. They start washing the floors in front of you and hoover while you?re drinking your coffee. Google states this shop closes at 6pm however their instagram confirms 6.30pm which is misleading. Please start packing up later and leaving more opinion for where to sit!

Really good coffee thats why i like Starbucks. Friendly staff and great service but sometimes they were getting slow after serving a customer or two because but the staff busy in gossip conversations in front of the customers who are waiting to be served. Location is good so do the atmosphere.

Nice place.. friendly staff great service..
However, The prices differs really much. I specifically confirmed that yes that was the same order and the price differ 0.45 pound.. that was not the only one issue I came across. It was 16:30 when I asked the staff to sit outside and they said they cleaned and folded the desks. That?s fair but it?s sunny day and 2 hours before the closing time and that?s the only two table we can sit and enjoy the sunny day outside.
I was informed not to sit there cuz they cleaned. I did not enjoy my time really had to leave this place early before even finishing my drink.

Service was sub standard and why do the menu screens need to change every ten seconds with constant adverts for cold and iced drinks..... Where are the hot drinks not everyone wants a multi coloured with a matching iced lolly pop... There are five screens up there on the wall plenty of real estate for all your menus to be displayed without the constant screen swapping. I have no idea what specialty hot drinks you are doing . Sort it out Starbucks. Avoid this place and go to cafe Nero at a two min walk around the corner...

Irony. Someone having till training. Hearing all about what to say as they have no filter coffee and no ?ice? drink of some kind. All that when the queue is too the door and everything is bottlenecked at the till with the actual (one) maker standing there waiting for the one functional till to actually process the waiting customers.No point waiting there when so many local competitors want to process their clients.New decor lovely. New attitude. Still needs work

I love this place, I can't believe some of these reviews, staff are always friendly and helpful! Staff were rude. Told me I couldn?t use my blue light card and could only pay by card. Charged me £ 5.30 for a tall hot chocolate. R u sure. My hot drink was cold. I won?t bother returning other nicer places to go for coffee in hitchin. Rude female staff.

Used to okay in here but now refurbished it's changed. Noisey and Music is too loud to relax seated inside. Staff can be quite rude.asjed me to move you can't sit there. Well don't put a chair there then. Shame . Could not wait to leave. Lost my custom now.
