Been going to Specsavers Hitchin for awhile recently I?ve had a new prescription and Katy helped me ..she was very professional and up-to-date with the costs and extras, I would recommend Specsavers in Hitchin to anyone who wears glasses,, the shop is air-conditioning so lovely in the summertime,, I will be coming back to the shop October to get a second pair of distant glasses and I hope Katie will be available to help Mr Parr..

Had a full eye test, which identified issues with my eye sight. I was at all stages given professional advice and care resulting in the ordering , production and fitting of my new glasses which I'm very happy with.

Visited recently for a retest of my eyes and really grateful for the excellent service. Having had some stress happen recently which caused me to take time off work and problems with some double vision, the staff at Hitchin were both really thorough in their testing and especially kind with me while I was in distress during my visits. After trialling the first glasses I was given with a stronger prescription and prisms, I returned after a week to get them changed as they were too strong. I want to personally thank Cameron for his patience and support when discussing the new frames. Also special thanks to Ella who was so kind and helpful when choosing/discussing frames and also made special effort to see me after my second retest which I really appreciated. Also I need to mention Eleena who completed my tests, for her patience and understanding during the tests. She was receptive to my worries and really reasurring when explaining how my recent stress could have affected my vision.
All three staff members were so kind and I really felt supported during all my visits and not embarrassed for getting upset. A real pleasure to be served by all three members, gives the store a really local feel! Rest assured there is more than one pair of listening ears in Hitchin ready to help you!

I had a fantastic experience at Hitchin Specsavers and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them. The store is spotless, well-organised, and welcoming, which makes browsing and appointments really comfortable. There?s a huge range of frames to choose from ? something for every style and budget.
What really stood out was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special mention to a brilliant male trainee (I didn?t catch his name!) who not only remembered me from a previous visit but also remembered that I usually come in with my three girls ? such a lovely, personal touch. He was kind, attentive, and made the whole experience feel calm and smooth.
It?s rare to find a place where you feel both looked after and valued ? Hitchin Specsavers gets it just right!
