Shell Hitchin charges £1.64 for VPower petrol which is currently 27p a litre more than regular (E10) petrol.
How is this markup justified when other Shell stations charge as little as 11p more?
5 stars for service, 1 star for prices, therefore 3 stars overall.

Pleasant and helpful staff. App is easy to use and points are a bonus. Should be more incentive on points system though. Shop items are overpriced as expected. Good, not great.

Went in yesterday 1pm 29th Dec for a quick petrol top up. What a lovely young lady at the till. Very very happy friendly and kind.
Also just here to say the car wash is cheap and does a fabulous job!

Elijah is a star!!!! Had trouble with the pressure machine, he spoke to his manager Ian via text and he helped me. Turned out the machine was faulty then he personally paid for me to use the other one! All while we were having banter with each other, what a legend

Great service station. And one of few I can honestly say give petrol stations a good image.Always clean and a friendly team who help out if needed. Staff are welcoming and its rare that they have empty shelves in store.Carwash does a great job and always recommend to others. Plus the option for hot drinks from the Costa express machine.Hot drinks sold it more for me because the machine there is always clean and presentable.Would definitely use this garage again.

Good stuff nothing to do with them.If your vehicle is too large They force you use a Platinum car washer mode because they said that they spends more than a normal car, when on the display says VANS ARE WELCOME?If is not allowed all the modes for van o other type or vehicle just say it?Don?t lie
