Argos please check all the items in the bag when people bring you returns. 6 pounds of clothing went in the bin today, literally, because you didn't check our returns properly. One other time a mistake was made with the delivery and tat cost me the 5.something pounds. It adds up with time and I ain't getting back my 11 pounds, ain't I?

Went in today to find out there's only 2 disabled toilets in the whole place. No normal toilets! Obviously one of the only 2 toilets were out of order so the queue to the other one was about a mile long. I queued up at customer services to ask if there's any other toilets. I was standing in that queue for 20 minutes as the 1 mindless employee behind the till was still with the same customer who was trying to return a simple calculator. So this queue was a mile long too, people was literally giving up behind me and just leaving the store all together. I also gave up both on the toilets and the customer service and just rushed in thought I'd do a very quick shopping and leave the god forsaken place as soon as possible. Omg what a dated sad place it was with empty shelves and empty people on every aisle. The whole fruit and vegetables section and half the store looked like an actual war zone with desperate staff trying to fill the empty shelves with huge trollies blocking half the store everywhere. Don't they have a night shift to do it all? Absolutely pathetic experience, I will never return. Took me half an hour to get an onion and 3 lemons. Utterly depressing, franchise need changing to a proper supermarket

Well well well Argos you little sausage, I ordered my sons birthday gifts with yourselves (not all but a good selection of out door equipment) and I drove over 15 mile (I appreciate that?s not far but I have more local stores) because I was led to believe that the gifts would be shipped or dropped here by your depot for today 01/07/25 as my sons birthday is tomorrow and when I got here I was told ?looks like some of your items aren?t in the shelf where they are supposed to be? not even a Quick Look was had to see if they may perhaps be in another shelf, another cannot even just not booked in yet, now I?ve been given a refund after wasting the entire morning arranging other gifts around these to complete set ups to now have to start from scratch with 24 hours left, absolutely no care nor empathy or even just the next option up or down price wise given, there was no assistance to help with the issue you yourselves caused, I really don?t know what else to add except a little bit of staff training wouldn?t go a miss.
