The RSPCA stands for Royal Society for the protection of cruelty to animals however this is not the case. It would seem, through recent and ongoing experience, that unless the animal is about to take it?s last breath they?re not really interested. They also don?t wish to get involved with certain communities for fear or retribution against their premises. Let?s not forget these are premises that members of the public have and do fund through their charitable donations, they?re also insured! They really don?t care about the welfare of animals, therefore we, the members of the public, should not care to donate to their uncharitable charity!
