Disgusting!!! Man racially abused calling me multiple racist slurs I was shocked to here these as a middle aged white woman in return I repeated these back to him and he was shocked because i think he was black Caribbean. Coffee was alright x

A bit of a ripoff mini cafe - they charge an extra 45 pence for oat milk, meanwhile not telling you till they put the payment through - then rather than owning up - I?m told ?it?s the business owners? . Penalising IBS sufferers???

I love a good mocha whenever I have my one coffee a day, I've tried every coffee shop in Hitchin and I can say that personally for me Masan makes the best mocha. Esquires and Café Nero are the other good ones that are close but just slightly less on taste. the customer service is also fantastic, always served with a smile and a friendly chat whilst making the coffee (if not to busy to talk) and always wished a good day as I go to leave.

The coffee is ALWAYS way too hot. You have to wait a good ten minutes before attempting to drink. They don?t take amex. For a small cappuccino it was over £3. Honestly not worth it.

I am normally really happy with the friendly customer service and quickly made coffee before my train to work. I went in today at 6.20pm and a woman behind the counter who I believe is new told me she could not serve me coffee as she had already cleaned the coffee machine. I am unsure what time they close, but when I have come before at this time on a Sunday, I have been served coffee without a problem. Surely if the coffee shop is open then you should be serving all the drinks?

I regularly visit the station to watch trains and travel with my autistic son. Every single time we go into puccinos for a hot chocolate- they are the tastiest hot chocolate around, better than any other cafe or coffee shop! Seriously delicious and they always make my sons perfectly with extra cold milk. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Just wish it was open later so we could get a drink in the evenings!

Staff was very friendly :) We appreciated the puns on the wall. Frappes were delish. Only qualm is that oatmilk costs an extra 45p.
