Have been a number of times over the years but the last few have been disappointing - really long wait times (30+ mins for both starters and mains) which is mad. Their kitchen just does not have the capacity for a busy night with all the Deliveroo orders they are taking too - nothing their waiting staff can do about it. Reserving seems pointless - turned up on time and still had to stand around for 10 minutes for a table to be set up. The regular pizzas are good, anything else on the menu is pretty much a well-presented microwave meal. Not worth it for me any more I'm afraid.

Disappointing date night last night :( I have ordered takeaways from here quite a few times but this was my first time at the restaurant itself.
I ordered a side of the new mac and cheese for my starter which had not come by the time my partner was half way through his starter. I was told it would probably come out with my main which I didn?t want because 1 I was starving and 2 my main was a pizza so I asked to cancel the Mac and have polenta chips with the pizza. The lady then came back and said there were no more polenta fries so I ordered the crispy potatoes. When my pizza arrived it was a different waiter who informed me my mac and cheese was on the way and I told them I had cancelled it as it was meant to be a starter. I then found a short straight hair in my pizza which I discarded and did not bother telling anyone. A different waiter then brought me out the mac and cheese and I sent it back and said I was waiting for the crispy potatoes. More than halfway through my pizza the crispy potatoes showed up and were mostly burnt. (They are more like thick potatoe peelings not crispy potatoes). I was able to eat about 3 or 4 that weren?t. We explained to the waitress that we would not be paying for the potatoes when she came to take our plates. The whole situation was very awkward (having to cancel the Mac 3 times including when it was sent over to me) and none of the servers were apologetic just agreeable. I?m leaving 2 stars because my partner said his pizza was one of the nicest he had ever had and he was very happy with his choice. I left feeling very disappointed and hungry.

We came to the pizzeria as a group hoping to use our student discounts. The restaurant was almost empty and the food middling. The issue was that after paying the waitress said that she could not accept our student discount codes. We asked why and she went to consult with someone at the back. She then said it was an xmas policy that the general manager implemented over the Xmas period but was not listed anywhere. Instead of paying 8gbp for a pizza I ended up paying 16. Dissapointing and will not be coming back.

My fiance and I had 2 pizzas ,the taste was good but the crust was kinda dry and burnt

Food and atmosphere was amazing but health and safety training needs to be reviewed as the woman who served me, coughed into their hand before picking up basil and adding it to my pizza as it had fallen off (and handling others food without washing/sanitising her hands). 3.8 stars

Stopped by on the off chance for a early dinner and was seated straight away. Team was amazing and attentive. 100% would recommend the Bruno Pizza -

We came as a family group for my son's 16th birthday. Food was as good as always and there was the usual fight over the doughballs! Fantastic service from our waiter who really made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Food was nice very nice pizza. However was told to download and pay on app after getting home realised that the kids eat free hadn?t come off so called the restaurant only to be told that staff have to take it of manually and that to get a refund I would have to go online and chat to someone I tried this and no response. So sadly I won?t be returning.
