The delivery driver went to the wrong side of the road and decided to run across with the pizza.
Store not answering phone, complete waste of food and money.

Terrible service, and no way to get in touch!
We have been waiting for over an hour for our delivery. Following online advice, we have tried to call multiple times and have been unable to get through to the store. Terrible service

Really unfortunate experience with this papa John?s! I?ve always enjoyed the food, especially as a vegetarian however, tonight I ordered a pizza with vegan sausage (knowing what it?s always looked like and how it?s advertised on the website) - I?ve attached photos for reference.
When it came, the ?meat? looked and smelled completely different and from cross referencing on their website, I am 100% certain it is actually one of their meat options!!
I called to complain and did get a refund (although polite, it still took battling with the person on the phone rather than a ?free pizza next time I order?.) they told me it was a new version of the meat free sausage but there is nothing across any of their branding to advise that is the case. If so, why isn?t it advertised? Even then, it?s not what I specifically ordered.
I personally think someone has made a mistake and is trying to cover it up!!
Very disappointed the mistake was made and it?s also a waste of food as it will be going in the bin!
Again, I appreciate them refunding but there was no ownership from them what so ever.
Thank god I checked before taking a bite. Unfortunately, won?t be using them again. A warning to all veggies and vegans to check their food before eating from here!

Save your money awful service, placed order through app no confirmation received tried calling for an hour but didn?t answer. When order arrived delivery guy was lovely but food was appallingly, cold and some of the order was missing. Never again!

I placed an order and said it was going to be delivered within twenty minutes, after half hour we called them they said they were closed and was very rude on the phone this is very unprofessional, and they were still open too, and hung up mid conversation I do not recommend ordering from papa johns outrageous

Ordered for an event for over 100 people. Pizza's came boiling hot and everything ordered was there. Although a bit late (due to road closure) everything was great and pizzas were delicious.

Just ordered 2 pizzas, totalling 44 pounds, took well over an hour to get to me, pizza was cold, person on phone, was apologetic, but wouldn?t admit that it was poor service.
This is the second time I?ve ordered from this store, and it?s the second time I?ve had bad service. Never again.

I'm gluten and dairy free I was told I couldn't have pizza only one or the other..which gluten free tends to mean dairy free..thankfully I carry my own food!!let my husband eat but wow wow dreadful

The sparsest toppings I've ever seen on a pizza. I ordered a pizza called 'the works' and it arrives looking not much different to a Margherita. Never seen anything like it. The person putting the topping on must have baby hands.

Very diasppointing. Ordered 4 pizzas for more than 90 pounds for a customers event.Im not from the UK and thought for that price I would at least get large pizzas. What was delivered were tiny pizzas that maybe fed one person not that hungry. Was really embarrassed in Front of my customers. More than 10 btw. I feel really cheated and will let my colleague's know that they never order there again. Same as with my customers, that are actually living in that area.

Ordered a 2x medium pizza and 2x sides meal, delivered to Letchworth.Arrived quickly, hot and fresh. Chicken poppers were nice too!Quality of all of the food was really good too - enough for me to dump Dominos for now.Long live Papa.Thanks to the staff at the Hitchin branch. You?re doing a great job.

Order a pizza at 7pm and at 8:40pm still waiting for a delivery... Someone should take over management there.
