A store full with ideas to help with your next expedition, trip camping. There are so many ideas to allow you to contend with the outdoor environment. They stock the majority of reputable names. The store personnel are a wealth of information and nothing is too much trouble.

I went to buy travel mugs to this shop for a secret santa event at office. The mugs were of good quality. However what impressed me the most is the politeness and calm with which the staff entertained me. Really good and helpful staff. 10/10.

Always worth a browse. A range of outdoors clothing and footwear on ground floor and a lot of equipment and camping accessories on the first floor (along with children's size clothing). Own brands such as Peter Storm are sound but also carry others including Berghaus for example. Helpful staff.

I went In to the shop for the first time the other day. Really friendly staff. Great help from the manager. Highly recommended going to this shop. I even got some info on the best chicken to buy at chicken George. Can't beat that for a service. :)

I received outstanding customer service yesterday Saturday 14th January 2023 in the Millets shop in Hitchin. I purchased exactly what I was looking for, a large travel bag and at a greatly reduced price in the sale.
