Im a Mc Donalds Customer, and Uber food delivery Driver as well, The Mc Donalds Nightingale road, which is the Best Example of No Brain people Working here, I Apologise for this,
Why I?m mentioning like this, I got a food delivery Thermal Bag which i bought from Amazon,
The store people are refusing to give the order i don?t know why, I Request Store Management to Teach their staff What is Thermal bag, it doesn?t need any names on it?, and the staff working here, they Feel like they own this Whole McDonalds Outlet?s across the Globe ??
If this store having any Manager Whose Brain is working, Requesting you to Teach your staff Before Starting their Shifts, Sorry and Thanks

The Restaurant is using old lettuce, ordered 3 wraps , take away, normally one would believe the food is served fresh, found old, outdated kind of lettuce used in wraps.

Pleasant mds friendly staff unable to get simple order right. Wasting resources others could utilise. Going down hill rapidly use to be a respectful MDS some staff ok alot of disrespect from others! Shift Management are the same. Some good some bad

This place is terrible. My teen daughter ordered from them, but they delivered the wrong order. When she called to resolve the issue, they took her order number and promised to call her back in five minutes. They never did and they ignored her calls. However, when I followed up, they told me that I needed to contact Uber to file a complaint. I asked why they hadn?t communicated this to my daughter during her call, and they claimed someone else was assisting her at that time. They hung up on me when I requested to speak with a manager. The customer service here is unacceptable.
