I love Holland & Barrett, but the service in this specific shop is not the best. The girl behind the till (last Saturday) was focussed, but only regarding her mobile phone on top of her keyboard while doing the checkout with me. Little bit of attention for your paying customers would be nice.

Customer service from Selina was as always good..however got home checked receipt been overcharged..till receipts are awful!! Tried calling and was promptly cut off..not impressed and due to M.E. don't know when I'll be back in town..not impressed.
