I need to use the toilets whilst sitting in store today, firstly , they can only be accessed via a key code! secondly for a toilet that is used for customers, it was disgusting, the floor was wet, it absolutely smelled of urine , and did not look as if it had been cleaned for a fair few days ! Shameful for a food outlet , makes you wonder what the food hygiene is like

I placed an order through just eat this morning only for them to ignore my dietary requirements which made it impossible for me to eat the food that I?ve brought.
I then rung the bakery to tell them they had made my order incorrectly the manager at the greggs told me that she was very sorry and that if I requested a refund and placed another order that she would handle it herself and rectify the mistake that had been made, so I ordered again.
I then Received this second order to find out that the same mistake had been made and when I called back up to ask why this had happened again because I put in big capital letters on the order notes and had already spoke to the manager and she assured she would make the next order, she was then abusive to staff in the background asking why they had done the order wrong again then proceeded to blame everyone but herself, saying that the driver must of put butter In it?????
I then became very impatient with this manager as it?s a clear display of micro managing, I have not received a refund for the 1st or 2nd order and when i made a valid point of asking her why she said she would make it and then didn?t she hung up on me which was very childish.
I tried to ring back to talk to her about solving the situation and her colleague picked up and refused to give me her name and said she?s now busy.
I do not recommend ordering through websites as there?s no direct communication and they can?t follow basic instructions.
Dietary restrictions: My partner is allergic to butter but they persistently put butter in the baguette

If I could give no stars I would for real!!
I ordered a breakfast baguette and a roll
I specifically asked for no butter and they put butter in the baguette and it arrived stone cold after 30 minutes of waiting I can?t have butter as I?m allergic to some ingredients in it
We rang up and complained and they said they would sort the the refund out and to put the order through again and write a note saying it?s the repeat order and spoke to the lady on the phone!
When then ordered again and wrote all these down and they STILL DID IT WRONG!
It came with butter in again! And it was stone cold!
We called back up to complain again as we had waiting a total of 4 hours for food, she then shouted at the sandwich maker down the phone asking why did he do it wrong
Then decided to tell us that we should be happy as they gave us a free cold latte can (that I can?t even drink as I can?t have caffeine)
She then told us that it was all the drivers fault and we were confused as to why it would be the drivers fault as to why there is butter in the baguette??
She told us we was rude and hung up the phone
We then called back to ask to speak to her manager and we were told she was the the manager so we asked for her name she then passed the phone to someone else to deal with as he later told us he?s just the sandwich maker but he then continues to argue with us and refused to pass the phone back to the manager
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Easter Sunday. Place empty. 3 members on shift. And not one clean table to sit at! 2 starts as a staff member cleaned up one table after we asked. Toilets out of order. Pizza cold.

I go to Hitchin at least once a month for work, and this is usually my go-to place for lunch. They always have plenty of sandwiches, and the sausage rolls are always hot.I do like to sit-in to escape work for a while, and as long as you don?t go during school holidays you can usually get a seat. The only downside is that the tables and chairs do get messy over the lunch period.

Ad always food was fine bacon roll always good but coffee was warm needs to be hot its good value so that's shame
But sadly it's just so grubby dirty tables crumbs on floor and dirty broken seats yuk just looks knackered needs industrial cleaning regularly ! Toilets need a code ?
