You need to know that you only have 10 days in order to return gifts to Etcetera. You will then only receive an exchange and NOT a refund.I bought a necklace for my wife and tried to return it.I had a discussion with the supervisor regarding this policy. I?m afraid that the lady had zero customer service skills, although in the end agreed to refund me.But?.before you purchase anything from Etcetera, be aware of returns policy.

Love this store! Is actually my favourite store in Hitchin ? And the staff are always lovely, helpful and friendly. I hope this store will never close. I need to visit you soon again to buy my favourite car air freshener from there ???
