He understands how customers think and did not hover around (on any of our 3 visits haha) or push us into anything which, was a nice change. We initially looked at an older model to the one that we eventually bought, but this isn’t a knock on the initial car, both cars were presented in impeccable condition and very clean despite the horrific weather we’ve had recently. The car we settled has been amazing and so far, faultless.The only thing I found which was a break from the norm for me was the policy of no negotiating a deal. This is my first purchase of a car or house where there has been no negotiation on price. But, for a car in this condition, it’s understandable. All in all we couldn’t be happier with both the Garage and the Sales people. We’ll be back for our next car.”
