Went to the shop to change items due to incorrect size however the till wasn?t working (but shop was open to take money?????), the person at the till was very abrupt when telling me the computer was down. I tried again the following week and was told by the staff that a manager had to do it. I waited for ages for the manager to very slowly waltz in from the back only to realize this ?manager? was the same person who was rude the week before. Again, she was rude when dealing with the transaction. This has totally put me off of purchasing from this shop.

The staff are friendly enough although the prices can seem a little high at times, it is a little dark and cramped but overall it is fairly nice there.

Booked a collection told it would be by 12. After 12 phoned up and told it would now be 1:30 at 14:30 called again to be told it would be in the next 3 hours. Awful full of excuses as to why I hadnt been contacted. Took the day off work to wait for the driver. Donations now goong in the bin no wonder the shop looks so empty! Terrible avoid at all costs.
