Whenever I ?have to? fly in here I wish there was an alternative. Reliably met with sour faced disinterested people working there. They always prefer to keep stacking shelves or disappear out the back leaving long queues rather than actually help people pay and go. Been in better BPs. Been in better m and s. A shame this one is so badly managed.

Staff are nice and friendly and it?s a well stocked shop (M&S) but regularly shuts before 11pm without warning.

Hello, Why do your Magic Bags never appear now , even though it says check later at 22.16pm ? It keeps saying sold out at 22.16pm every night!!! That's not fair.

It?s a filling station. Anyone that spends time faulting such things has too much time on their hands. You fill up your vehicle and pay. It?s not Disneyland.

Rude people at the till, I stood waiting for 4 minutes for then to activate the pump, waving my arms so they could see someone was there. They literally didn't speak a single word or acknowledge me when I went to pay despite me being polite and saying please thank you etc. They just kept talking to each other. Awful rude service, the staff need basic people training!

Today there is no security guard on the door, no barriers to queue. Went in and reasonably ok but then a guy came in to pay for petrol with no mask on. No-one questioned him. Well they wouldnt, would they, how else does he pay ? If there had been someone on the door, he'd have had to put something over his face.As I left, people were piling through the door. It was scarily crowded. What's going on. Disgusting in this Covid situation.

Fantastic service from the lady cashier, very approachable & informative regarding services available and procedures regarding filling up HGV. Shelves stocked well, toilet relatively clean & free cash withdrawals! Thanks again five ?????'s

Don?t go here, queue is very bad as guy on door can?t do his job, and the cashier didn?t give my change, so stole money of me (partly my fault as I was on the phone and didn?t ask for it)

I arrived to find a hygienically clean and tidy garage with friendly staff. The tea and pasty I bought was delicious not dried up n flakey like alot of other garages. I, in all, had a very good experience.
