I had a meeting with Sonia Ormiston this afternoon to register my mother?s death with the bank. Throughout our 40 minute meeting Sonia was naturally sensitive, empathetic and concerned of how she could support me. She spent time researching and then contacting the relevant authorities to help me find out my mother?s house insurance.
