Some of the staff and more then helpful till for tobacco parcels closes early and can only use card shutters was closed on windows very early so was very dark and also cash machine outside shutters was also closed early so if you wanted cash you conduit get any also think some of the stuff should learn how to smile

Cannot praise the staff enough. Every time I visit they are always friendly and go above and beyond to help. I would like to highlight the manager who is a visible presence on the shop floor being proactive with customers and staff alike; and doesn't hide away in an office.

DO NOT order C&C here!! They lost my delivery, made me wait 40 mins instore whilst they looked for it and then told me to just order it again and make another 50 minute round trip to get here. Without so much as an apology. Appalling service

If you want staff to push in front of you, take forever to get served and then get spoken to rudely and laughed at when you make known your displeasure then this is the store for you.
Will never EVER enter this store again as long as I live.

I was in my local Asda today a staff member told me and my support worker off because I bought in my Service dog and said had to carry him

We went in today had a trolley full of shopping. Only the self checkouts and the tobacco kiosk was open no checkout.i went to self checkout as the tobacco queue was long.the man serving the self checkouts was rude telling me to use the tobacco checkout. I said no as the line was very long he was really rude especially as I had to keep calling him to the checkout then he said I should buy carrier bags.i said I have them in the car your bags split especially as I have to carry my shopping up 4 flights of stairs I asked why the checkout wasn't open he aggressively said that they was on a break.i understand people have breaks but should have cover especially when people have trolleys full of shopping. I said to the worker your very rude and aggressive!!

So disappointed - went to ask for help - totally fobbed off. Staff member did not even check or ask a colleague. Group of 5 blokes gathered in 1 aisle some working others chatting
