The church, while not especially beautiful, is visible - strikingly - from some distance above the mostly flat landscape. There are some nice views across the countryside from the church. Parking space is limited in Church Street, but it's an easy walk from nearby roads where parking is easier - and the variety of historic buildings along Church Street and their names referencing their past functions provide interesting context to an already interesting site that has been home to religious buildings at least as far back as a Saxon church.

Worth your time to check out this ancient church - in existence since Saxon times. Look for the awesome medieval graffiti.
