I don?t normally leave reviews, but this experience deserves all the praise and more. From the moment I walked in, Jerry and his team made me feel genuinely welcome, their warmth and friendliness set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal.
The food? Absolutely outstanding. Everything on my plate was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. The salmon was beautifully seared, the vegetables crisp and vibrant, and the lemon butter sauce brought it all together like magic. You can really taste the care that goes into every dish here.
This isn?t just a pub, it?s a gem. Without question, the best pub I?ve ever been to in the UK. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

What a great little pub, and such a warm and friendly welcome from Gerry and his staff. We sat in the lovely garden in the sunshine with our two daughters. We had one of the nicest pub food dinners. Made for a great afternoon out. We will be returning can?t wait to try their veggie roast.

After a friend?s recommended myself and my family visited The Three Horseshoes for a Sunday Carvery, I can honestly say it was the best Carvery I?ve ever had, it was absolutely delicious and will certainly go back again very soon. We all enjoyed our meals.
The staff were amazing too, so friendly and welcoming.

The Three Horseshoes in Hinxworth is an absolute delight! We recently had the roast dinner here, and it was truly outstanding. Served piping hot ? exactly as it should be ? every element was incredibly tasty. This charming pub offers fantastic food and is a real hidden gem. What's more, it's exceptional value for money. Do yourself a favour and book a table; you won't be disappointed!

Having been recommended to eat at this pub we were very disappointed with the Sunday lunch today. Food wasn?t hot. Beef was tough, one of our party struggled to eat it. Mentioned this to a member of staff who apologised but no further recompense offered. We dined in what appeared to be a shed, cold air blowing through gaps in the structure.

The best local pub. Fantastic hosts... so welcoming, even for someone who doesn't go there that often. Beautiful old pub with nice garden. Highly recommended for a beer or two.

Four of us went for a Sunday roast as recommended by the butcher in Ashwell. We had to sit outside as we had brought our dog with us. Service was quick and the food was nice. We were unable to park in the small car park but found parking along the high street.
Parking: Lack of spaces so have to park on the road, could be difficult in peak times.
