This store seems to have less to offer each time I visit it. The few staff always seem to be on a cigarette break outside and there are self service tills anyway. Almost as soulless as online shopping except you have to go out to do it!

The strangest selection of magazines. Fairly niché. I think the recent global issues in diversity and inclusion have bypassed this shop.

The staff in here are absolutely terrible, today my Wife was spoken about rudely between two members of staff, when she was standing right next to them. All she asked was if our 2 year old could borrow a toilet as she was bursting to go. I?m sure ?unhelpful? is not a quality WHSmith want in their stores, especially given the fierce competition on the high street these days! We won?t be visiting this business again if this is what they offer in their staff!

Not much to say really. Lots of books, magazines and stuff but lacking in identity

Looks so tired, dowdy and uninspiring, really needs an urgent revamp.

Nice big store. First floor reached by stairs and lift. Well stocked neat and tidy. Staff efficient and friendly. Some self service tills.

It's so quiet now that I think it will shut soon. Wish they would reopen Superdrug.
