We went on a school trip and part of the school trip was to enter local stores and have a look inside to see how they were for geography and history, as soon as we entered a staff member told us to leave and was very angry.

Staff are friendly and always happy to help in my experience. The Toys R Us upstairs now gives a great place to find gifts as well.

I like the shop most of the staff are very friendly, bit strange to hear swearing behind the counter though from a young lad there now? .....that should be addressed ,but all in all still a good shop in Hertford

This store seems to have less to offer each time I visit it. The few staff always seem to be on a cigarette break outside and there are self service tills anyway. Almost as soulless as online shopping except you have to go out to do it!

The staff in here are absolutely terrible, today my Wife was spoken about rudely between two members of staff, when she was standing right next to them. All she asked was if our 2 year old could borrow a toilet as she was bursting to go. I?m sure ?unhelpful? is not a quality WHSmith want in their stores, especially given the fierce competition on the high street these days! We won?t be visiting this business again if this is what they offer in their staff!

Nice big store. First floor reached by stairs and lift. Well stocked neat and tidy. Staff efficient and friendly. Some self service tills.
