I've bought properly packed Emmental in Hertford Tesco today. Even though, this product is in date, it's mouldy.

i visited the store today, i met the most handsome most polite young man, he assisted me with my shop, he was amazing and very helpful. we had a very lovely conversation. all the staff should take notes on liams extraordinary customer service! he was working on the fruit and veg section.

Most of the staff are rude in Hertford store. Not one bit helpful. If on self checkout they shout have u paid for that bag like your a thief. They think there beyond everyone else. Can?t stand the place
