Don?t even deserve the one star!!After getting out of hospital with my 5 year old daughter. Who has a respiratory infection I got there 3:50 went to hand the prescription in and the man said no sorry we are closed!! I said but you at 4 he still wouldn?t do the presentation!! Had my daughter with me! Absolutely shocking will never go there again!!

This pharmacy is incapable of doing anything well.Prescription sent Tuesday, phoned to confirm they have received it (so they don't try the 'oh we only just got it come through' story they love that excuse).Advised would be ready later that afternoon , latest Wednesday. I came Thur evening just to make sure they had enough time to sort it.Thur evening, everyone has look of confusion. Guess what, its not ready come back tomorrow. zero explanation offered, no apologies and if I'm honest I'm so used to such a terrible service it doesn't even surprise me anymore.

The team need more customer care advice and training. My experience, the person I spoke to was dismissive, had absolutely no interest in helping me. And an absolute attitude that was not at all appreciated

It takes weeks (!) to fill in a simple prescription. The people who serve you are really miserable, unempathetic, inefficient and disorganised. The only reason why I used this pharmacy was because I could get a product late in the evenings after my work or on Sunday. After two really unpleasant experiences I am never ever going to use this particular pharmacy again. Today I wanted to make a complaint and asked for the correct procedure but apparently Tesco are not responsible for Tesco pharmacies. What a twist. O_O

Absolute chaos and constant queue. Staff was obviously poorly trained and couldn't organise a social drinking event in a brewery.

Most of the staff here are wonderful ( especially the pharmacist Ada) but I have to be honest. I hate leaving anything less than glowing reviews but this pharmacy are so unorganised. I have changed pharmacy now to Sheffield's ( who are fantastic)

Incompetent. I hate leaving negative reviews but this place is ridiculous. Have tried to use them before and also had problems.
Today I asked for my prescription to be told it hadn't come through. I call my doc immediately and they give me a time and date of electronic transfer and a bar code. Give this to tesco pharmacy staff. Low and behold, they found my prescription and said they've been having system issues. But then they couldn't fill it out anyway because of supply issues. She told me that I could fill out the script somewhere else. It's one of the most common contraceptive pills. Sort your supply out tesco and while you're at it, train your staff to think 'outside the box' if there are system issues to find your customers prescriptions.
