Just had my passport photo done at Snappy Snaps and the lady who took it, Amanda, was absolutely lovely, extremely patient, friendly and went above and beyond for both myself and another customer. I would definitely recommend their services and like to commend Amanda and let her manager know what a really valuable member of staff they have in her. Very grateful for the time taken to get everything perfect and how helpful and friendly my experience was.

Travelled to the shop after calling an hour earlier to check about the 1 hour service. Got there and was told prints would be ready days later! The staff were rude and unhelpful. Will never go back there.Got your reply. I'm sure I called your store. I don't know if it was you I spoke to but when I asked if there was somewhere else nearby that could help you said something I didn't understand, then when I said I didn't understand, the response was "it doesn't matter" then I was ignored. That is shocking customer service.

I needed help for two Chinese Visa Application photos. The staff were excellent, really patient with my two young boys and had no problem retaking the photo when the first wasn't aceepted by the Chinese online system.

Today I entry in a empty shop in Hertford and a nice lady answer my question , that one chrismas card A5 page printed cost 8£ but she will do a discount £5 , with my printWho is gonna buying this card? AndAs company need to think about prices during crisisGood luck

2.6£ for printing 3 A4 pages in black. I asked cost breakdown, only to be informed that they charge 0.5£ for receiving the email (for pdf printing) and 1£ for processing the email!This money won't make difference neither for me nor for snappy snaps revenue. However, overcharging shamelessly is affecting your brand. Not going to visit again.

I placed an order at the Hertford branch in the morning on the 12/02/22. The shop was very busy but HANNAH stayed behind after the shop was officially closed to make sure my product was completed. She went a step further to contact and wait for me to pick up my package from the shop.Thank you very much. You were great!!

Excellent customer service from the Hertford Team on 20/08, going above and beyond what was expected, not only resizing and printing my photo but also cutting it to shape and securing it in my locket. I recently lost my Nan and they took great care of her locket and now I will always have it with me

They do same day photo printing.I ordered a couple of 7x5 prints online and they were exceptionally high quality.I had my own frames and gifted them as Christmas presents which were much loved!Small store in Hertford but there are loads of gift ideas on display such as customised cushions, mugs, fridge magnets and various styles of canvases.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ?
