I would like to personally thank these guys, a huge thanks goes out to you. I 1st visited this lovely village café a few weeks ago the food was lovely and its got a real family loving vibe going on. Unfortunately I got overcharged but didn't question it at the time. Anyway when visiting a few weeks later I told my story to the owner and without
question he refunded me the difference. He didn't have to do it but, i certainly appreciate the way he handled it. I will be visiting the Rose Café a lot more often as well as telling everyone about it. ?? a place well worth the visit

Great place in a quaint part of Hertford if you want something light to eat or refreshments. Good food, great chef, and the blonde lady who served us is a superstar. Also that Kale Kicker smoothie was delicious! ??

Got in there a 2pm . 5 customers, 2 waiting staff. Was totally ignored for 15 mins. A guy came in at 10 past 2 and was asked what he wanted in 3 mins. This is the 3rd and last time this has happened. I gave up at 2.15pm.
I went to Hope cafe and had the food within 8 mins.

Ate at Rose Cafe for the first time today. I was very pleased with the food and the friendly service from a delightful blonde haired lady (who's name I ought to have asked about). I look forward to enjoying another meal.

A great greasy spoon cafe in the centre of Hertford which does a fantastic fry-up and selection of customisable breakfasts.I?ve never been let down by the fry-ups but have sometimes eaten other things off the menu, like the lasagne, which did not taste fresh or to my liking.Wheelchair accessibility: Slightly accessible with a narrow doorway and ramp. I often see people on mobility scooters struggle to open the door to enter.
