I recently popped into the Hertford Town branch of Nationwide to make some large transfers from my account to a solicitor. I was assisted by Zoe who was extremely helpful and efficient.

Don’t ever call me again with the snotty attitude telling me off for depositing coins in with notes at your ATM. Talk to me like an adult not a child. And if I had thousands in my account I bet you wouldn’t talk to me like that
