We love, love, love Mr Tanaka?s! Every time we visit Hertford we go here for food. The brothers who run it are wonderfully kind and talented. The food is top notch. The menu is refreshed and the specials are always brilliant. The atmosphere and layout is warm and cosy. There are only so many tables so you get an exclusive feel when dining here. One of my favourite places in the world to eat. If you haven?t been you are missing out and should book immediately!! You won?t be disappointed!!! Itadakimasu!! ?

We had a meal here for my husbands birthday last night.
Wow, the food was amazing!!
Lovely little restaurant and the man that served us was so friendly, explaining what the dishes were, and making sure all was ok with our meal.
We had a really lovely evening and will most definitely be back to try the other dishes.
Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place,
The food is great, nice atmosphere and the portions feel generous.
Had the Panko chicken which we delicious,
I also had a Roku Gin cocktail (very good)

This has to be one of the best places to eat in Hertford.
The food, service and atmosphere are fabulous. Friendly, professional, good value and generous portions. What?s not to like!
