I am incredibly disappointment in Lloyds Bank and their treatment of elderly people. I have been locked out of my bank account for over 6 weeks. I am disabled and housebound and cannot get to the branch. But I have been repeatedly told that I must physically go into the branch in order to regain access to my money. I have explained that I cannot do this! I have tried repeatedly to resolve the problem over the phone, as have my daughters, but the Lloyds representatives have just said they cannot help. I have not been able to pay for anything, including my utilities or food shopping, for over a month! I am astounded that Lloyds has no policy for helping its disabled and elderly customers.

Extremely friendly and professional staff at this branch. Donna is always friendly and helpful. It was saddening to read that 3 Hertfordshire Lloyds branches shall be closing, but I sincerely hope that my local branch remains for the long haul. During particularly challenging days on 8/9 June, I'll always remember be welcomed into the branch and enjoying prompt and effective help from Donna.With so many modern cyber criminals out there, there's a lot of comfort on seeing a friendly face and performing transactions the old fashioned way. ??

Want to thank the wonderful ladies that were working Friday 22 May, I turned up 5 mins before closing and a little worse for wear and helped me get in contact with our solicitors to the pay house deposit before the bank holiday!
