After getting a puncture on my way to work the AA gote to Kwik Fit. They were incredibly helpful and friendly to deal with. I actually needed two tyres which the had in stock and got fitted straight away.

Two cars booked in at 3pm. Told it would take 2-2.5 hours. Said if they were finished before we were back they would call us. No phone call! We returned after 2 hours 20 mins to find it locked up and everyone gone. We had no way of getting home so had to get someone to come and pick us up. We returned the next morning to be told he had called us but it had gone straight to voicemail. My phone does not have voicemail! So he lied. He went to get the keys and gave them to my husband even though i had been talking to him and i had paid. No apology was given. Appalling service

Came here as a new motability customer.
Matt was extremely patient and understanding. He explained everything to me, fixed my tyre quickly and then explained how I can bring my car in anytime for assistance, service etc.
A really nice guy and a fantastic team member.
In fact, very happy with Hertford KwikFit all round. Returned recently to get tyre pressure sorted and Jacob did it very quickly for me
