When I had a bridesmaid dress emergency, Irons dropped everything to help me and managed to turn around an unwearable dress into something wearable in a matter of hours, the day before the wedding. After a botched alteration from someone else, they unpicked the bad work and rescued the outer layer of the dress and took up the inner layer all with great customer service and for a very reasonable price. I was very grateful.

They ruined a suit and were so aggressive about it. In particular the woman owner.
Unbelievable behaviour I?ll never forget it.

I took my 90x90 curtains into Irons dry cleaners and got them back the very next day looking like new. Excellent service and very nice people. Highly recommend them.

Took a coat in there to be repaired, was told by the lady and her husband the seamstress was in Lithuania and would be back in 2 weeks and she could fix my zip on a reversible coat without problem, took the coat back a few weeks later and was told they dont do reversible zips and the coat is too thick for there machine, when i asked why they both asked me to come back, they claimed they hadnt seen me before, when i explained the above it was crystal clear they remembered me, no apology for wasting my time! Really bad attitude, i then took my coat to sovereign dry cleaners round the corner, turns out the zip didnt need replacing like they said and it was a different issue and fixed it in 10 mins!
Dont waste your time or trust them with expensive items

Absolutely ruined my mother of the bride dress. Shrank the outside layer and the main feature the ruffle well I don?t know what they did to it but it is now unwearable

I've been using Irons for years now and I really couldn't recommend them enough. The staff always go above and beyond to remove any stubborn stains and if it's not possible, they are honest about it. They efficient, reliable and super friendly, and they also support many local charities and music groups by allowing them free advertising in their windows which I think is great.
