My daughter used her pocket money to get her nails done for the summer holiday. £45!!! She was so excited to get her nails done, waited and saved for a few months. Had acrylic nails done, her nails lasted 1.5 weeks and started popping off. She is on week 2.5 and 5 nails are off and 2 wobbly. This is unacceptable!!! £45 for a child is a lot of money. Please can you advise why these nails are falling off? Is this normal to pay £45 for 1.5 weeks worth of nails? Thank you kindly

Absolutely amazing, came in with 30 minutes to store closing and the staff, specifically Kelvin made sure my friends nails were done beautifully, and then convinced me subsequently to get my feet done. Absolutely amazing once again. Kelvin was able to replicate a photo without assistance from me.

I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. I have been coming for almost 2 years now and that is 100% down to the impeccable service I have every time I?m in Hertford nails. The staff are lovely, open and always ready for whatever style I want when I go in.
Some main points;
1. My acrylics have never lasted as long as the ones I get from Hertford nails
2. The staff not only seriously know what they?re doing, but they are lovely and welcoming to everyone that goes in.
3. They?re super fast but take the time when the design asks for it
4. They deliver the quality every single time.
10/10 recommend to everyone

Good customer service and happy with the results, unfortunately my nails did not last long at all which is a shame as I was looking for a nail salon to be closer to home for me since moving house. These nails Lasted me 1 week and a half and they started falling off and the didn?t clean up my cuticle or the extra skin.
At my regular nail salon my nails last 6+weeks without a single one falling off, looks like I?ll have to keep making trips to London.

Went in to get some acrylics as it's my birthday I don't usually like fake nails but wanted to treat myself, the guy that did mine was nice but didn't speak much English which didn't help. The colour and design was exactly what I wanted, unfortunately you can't pay by card which most places allow which was annoying as I don't carry cash these days, the underneath of the acrylics was not coloured and looks slightly scratched and some of the nails aren't painted properly and there's a few bumps in three of the nails but you can't tell from a far I won't be coming back

Nails look nice, but does not justify a price point of £38 for acrylic nails. It is cheaper in London. Was very rushed and uncomfortable seating while loud handy work was being done. Overall unpleasant experience unfortunately.

The team at Hertford nail are friendly and professional. They are fast and do a beautiful job I was there on Friday the 15th December they were busy but gave every customer a great service.
